Job Cost Highlights

Calculates price and cost for jobs and phases automatically 

Automatically calculates estimated cost of phases and job code
       detail

Reports can include totals for labor, materials, equipment,
       overhead, subcontracting and miscellaneous categories

Overhead can be based on actual payroll expenses from the
       Payroll module

Tracks labor, materials, equipment, overhead, subcontracting,
       and miscellaneous costs for an unlimited number of jobs
 

Tracks estimated and actual costs and changes in estimated and
       actual costs for jobs, phases, and job code detail

Job codes can be categorized as labor, material, equipment, overhead,
       subcontracting, miscellaneous or as a consolidating type

Allows bids to become jobs in progress

Allows retainage amounts to be kept for each job

Allows posting of charges and charge adjustments from the General
       Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control and Purchasing
       Order Entry, Payroll, and Job Cost modules

Prints change orders, work completed and outstanding reports 

Allows posting of billings and credit memos, debit memos, and 
      cash payments in the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry,
      and Job Cost modules
